At the Digital Product Club, we bring together people who shape digital products – from first vision to product discovery and beyond. Our Next Digital Product Club Event: Experimentation Culture in Product Teams
Many product teams leave innovation to chance. Decisions take too long, discussions repeat themselves and the curiosity needed for good product work fades. Active experimentation is one of the most effective ways to understand what truly works. It helps teams recognise product potential, question assumptions and learn before they commit. It also brings more clarity and focus into collaboration because decisions rely on real insights.
In everyday product work this mindset often disappears. Experimentation creates space to bring it back with intention. We look at how experiments can become a natural part of daily routines, how product leaders can encourage their teams to try new approaches and which small interventions help a culture of experimentation grow.
