In May 2022, the Data Governance Act came into effect. However, in practice, it appears that complying with this law is not an easy task for many municipalities and other government institutions, and the four-week limit is often exceeded by a significant margin.
During this roundtable session, we will discuss the challenges and possible solutions together, which are more straightforward than some may think.
