How Data & AI Literacy Enables Better Decisions at Every Level

Welcome to the second webinar in series Data & AI for Everyone, where we explore how organizations create clarity and direction in an increasingly complex data and AI landscape.

As data and AI capabilities expand, many organizations find themselves moving fast — but not always in the same direction. Data & AI Literacy acts as a compass: helping teams understand where they are, where they’re going, and how to make confident decisions along the way. To see where your organization stands today, explore our AI Literacy Self-Assessment.

Each session in this series features a real organization and focuses on mindset, culture, leadership, and impact — not tools.

In this webinar, we’ll move from theory to practice and explore how organizations drive real AI adoption, not just deployment.

Together with industry experience from FMCG, we’ll unpack what it takes to build AI Literacy that actually changes behavior, including how to design programs, engage the right stakeholders, and measure what truly matters.

What you will learn:

  • Why AI adoption fails and what blocks it
  • How to assess and build AI Literacy across your organization
  • What works in FMCG (real examples, not theory)
  • How to drive behavior change, not just training completion
  • How to measure real adoption and business impact
