Meet the expert - Laurens Bonnema
Laurens Bonnema is an Agile Trainer, Management Consultant, and mentor to leaders creating resilient organizations at any scale. Merging classic and agile management, he helps leaders improve software delivery, marketing, finance, and HR. He has over two decades of exeperience in the field and is the co-author of three books: "The Professional Agile Leader", "Inspiring Project Management with Agile", and "50 FAQs of a Scrum Master."
